Wholesalers
This website has two different entryways. One for retail customers and one for wholesale customers. The difference being that wholesale customers are actual licensed dealers in the jewelry business and have access to useful supplemental information. Wholesale users must apply with the appropriate information and get a username and password to be approved for ACCESS CODE supplemental information. In the case of retail customers who are interested in obtaining products we offer them either directly or through the local retailer they already have an established relationship with.
Billing
A credit card is required to secure business with us. All accounts are due within 30 days and any accounts past 30 days may, at our discretion, be billed to your credit card.
Ordering, Shipping & Returns
All orders should be made by 2:00PM eastern standard time on Thursday to be shipped by the following Friday. Any orders received after 2pm will go out the following week. The customer is always responsible for shipping costs and any returns must be postmarked back within 7 days of receipt. Any merchandise postmarked after 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise out more than 30 days may not be returned and will be billed to your credit card on file.
Events
If you are having a special event or doing a show we can make arrangements to send you a package of goods either loose or mounted with stones, to take on a longer memo.
We offer our mountings loose (un-mounted) and mounted with our stones. We will also set your stones in our mountings for $10 per stone. We stock in 14k white and yellow gold as well as sterling silver. We offer special orders in 14k rose and green gold, 18k white, yellow , rose and green gold as well as in .950 platinum.
